“NANZ” manufacturing under the control of a quality management system as per the guidelines stated in the company quality policy & quality manual.
The purpose of the quality policy is to ensure compliance of quality systems and procedures so that the end product meets all the required specifications ensuring the identity, strength, safety & purity of the products.
The quality assurance department is independent from manufacturing & authorized to take appropriate decisions on quality matters of raw materials / packing materials / finished products, systems, documentation and validation or any other issues related to quality.
The Quality Management System functions in such a manner so as to provide proper confidence that -
(a) The system is well understood and effective as per GMP.
(b) The products or services actually satisfy the customer’s expectations
(c) Emphasis is laid on problem prevention rather than dependence on detection after occurrence.
Periodic self-inspection and audits are conducted as per defined planner by a team, comprising of cross-functional departments or external Auditor to review and ensure effective implementation of quality systems and cGMP compliance level.
Self-inspection and audit findings are recorded and corrective measures are taken for compliance. Records of self-inspection and audit are maintained.
